Summary

Warmly greet guests. Prepare drinks and serve them in a professional and courteous manner. Drinks will also be prepared for the Food and Cocktail Servers upon request. The position may also involve serving food to the guests. Stock inventory, clean glasses, fill ice bins as needed, clean work area. Accurately ring orders, handle cash and credit card transactions. Properly request identification and ensure guests are of legal age

Skills/Requirements

• Prior bartending experience required

• Certification for safe-serving of alcohol preferred

• Computer and food ordering software experience preferred

• Professional, personable communication skills

• Must be available some weekends and holidays
