Work Schedule: M-F 6:30 am-3 pm, some nights and weekends-this is a seasonal, non-benefitted position

- Hourly Employment: Roster positions are paid hourly and do not include benefits such as medical, dental, or vision insurance, life insurance, paid leave, or paid holidays.
- Limited Hours: Roster employees may work up to, but no more than, 1,000 hours in a 12-month period.
- Pension System: Roster positions are not eligible for membership in the city’s pension system.
While roster positions do not include benefits, they are often a pathway to full-time, benefited employment with the City. Many of our current full-time employees started in roster positions, and we encourage you to explore this opportunity as a potential first step in your career with us.

Primary Duties/Brief Description of Work:
This is a part-time maintenance position at Bryan Park Soccer Complex. This person will be part of a 10 person team and their responsibilities will be mowing grass, preparing fields for play, setting up/breaking down goals and benches, painting lines, cleaning restrooms, picking up trash, and spraying out weeds. This position is also responsible for checking in and assisting people who have reserved park shelters.
This job is Non-Exempt under FLSA.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
An Ideal Candidate Would Also Possess (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience maintaining athletic fields
- Landscape Experience
- Janitorial Experience
