We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our properties in top shape.

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and repair of rental homes, common areas, and infrastructure within our RV and mobile home communities. This hands-on role includes everything from basic repairs to landscaping and plumbing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs on rental homes (interior and exterior)
Conduct routine lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and cleanup
Maintain and repair community infrastructure, including plumbing systems, water lines, and sewer systems
Inspect homes and facilities for needed repairs or hazards
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Ensure community cleanliness and curb appeal
Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
Assist with home setups and move-ins as necessary

Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a residential or community setting
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred:
Experience working in RV or mobile home communities
HVAC certification or experience (not required but a plus)
