Laser Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality parts and products. Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to specifications and production schedules

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production

- Monitor machine operation to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment

- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating laser cutting machines

- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications

- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work

- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on laser equipment

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Knowledge of safety procedures related to laser operation

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
