RediMinds builds AI-enabled clinical and payment review systems for US healthcare. Our Product Innovation team takes new products from idea to a working pilot. Between an approved idea and a running pilot, someone has to make things pilot-ready. That's this role.
What you'll do- Understand the problem: learn how the client's review process works and what decision the product supports.
- Build first versions: turn prototypes into pilot-ready products that run on real cases.
- Build first versions of shared services: when a pilot needs a new service, such as evidence citations or a chatbot, build its first version.
- Work with AI every day: prompts, agents, evaluation, and fixes based on reviewer feedback.
- Move fast: help keep the time from an approved idea to pilot kickoff short.
- Full-stack: you build front end and back end, and you ship working software.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and APIs.
- Product sense: you ask why before you build, and you're comfortable when the work isn't fully defined.
- Clear communication with reviewers, clients, and teammates.
- A plus: experience with healthcare, claims, or review workflows.
Part-time for the first two months, then full-time based on performance.
