• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality, customer-facing technical and educational content.
• Create a variety of deliverables, including technical concepts, hands-on tasks, installation guidance, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, in-product guidance, and reference materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and other stakeholders to identify customer needs and content requirements.
• Analyze technical specifications and product information and determine the most effective learning and documentation approach.
• Develop a strong understanding of the customer experience through hands-on use of networking products and technologies.
• Research and translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, accessible content.
• Contribute to or lead technical documentation and courseware development projects.
• Follow established content, style, quality, and process standards to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of content creation while maintaining high-quality outputs.

• 5+ years of professional experience creating high-quality technical content, preferably for advanced software, networking, or technology products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and/or relevant networking certification.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts such as cloud computing, networking, automation, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies.
• Ability to independently and collaboratively research complex technical subjects and turn technical information into useful learning content.
• Familiarity with XML authoring, content management systems, and courseware development tools.
• Experience or familiarity with DITA/XML authoring principles and content management concepts.
• Familiarity with Markdown and Microsoft PowerPoint for content development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound progress despite incomplete or evolving information.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking technologies such as routing, switching, network security, network automation, data centers, cloud networking, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA is an advantage.
• Experience with enterprise networking products and technologies is preferred.
• Industry-recognized networking certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, continuously learn, and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment.
