Business Associate in Aurora, Illinois at Rush Copley Medical Center

Join our team as a Business Associate and help create a welcoming, seamless experience for every patient. In this fast-paced, patient-focused role, you will greet and register patients, coordinate appointments, verify insurance information, process medical records requests, collect payments, and help resolve scheduling or coverage concerns. You will collaborate with clinical and financial teams while maintaining a professional, safe, and supportive environment for patients and their families.

This position does require every other Saturday shift coverage 630am-1pm + 2 to 3 days of various shift coverage Monday–Friday (2 days during the week when working Saturday. 3 days when not working Saturday).

Position Requirements:

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Previous medical office experience.
• Proficient in grammar and spelling.
• Familiar with medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible; able to adapt to change.
