Job Description
River Run is a shared services organization that supports banking affiliates, Newburyport Bank, Pentucket Bank and Rollstone Bank & Trust.
This role provides administrative support to the Administration Department executive leadership in the areas of Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
- Coordinate Board Committee meetings, materials, and governance-related activities.
- Support Board policy reviews, committee evaluations, Director onboarding, and governance documentation.
- Maintain Board systems, records, member information, and related reporting processes.
- Assist with strategic planning coordination, meeting scheduling, and presentation preparation.
- Provide administrative support for HR, Learning & Development, and executive leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain documents, order supplies, and support departmental operations.
- Assist with regulatory exam preparation, compliance documentation, and incident response activities.
- Provide additional administrative support to senior leadership and legal counsel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or Legal Studies
- 5+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience managing board or executive meeting materials
- Attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional communication with senior leadership and board members
