Summary
This role provides analytical support to the Canadian sales team, enabling Sales Directors to focus on strategic customer management and delivery of annual volume objectives. The position is responsible for managing core sales reporting and performance tracking across key accounts, including sell-in, sell-through, distribution, and inventory insights where data is available. The role will administer customer data systems and planning platforms for the markets largest retail partners, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while helping identify actionable insights that support volume growth and execution against annual business targets.
In addition, the role supports the planning and execution of promotional programs and key commercial initiatives across the Canadian business. Responsibilities include assisting with promotional plan development and implementation, tracking price and promotion investments, managing customer portals for promotional submissions and new item setup, and delivering post-promotion performance recaps. The position also contributes to forecasting and planning inputs, retailer meeting preparation, and sales presentations, while providing project and administrative support across key selling programs, trade shows, and business plan initiatives that advance the companys growth objectives in the market.
What Youll Do

Provide customer-specific reporting and analytics in support of volume performance
Support promotion plan delivery and item distribution activities in Top Customers
Support Sales Director inputs related to forecasting and planning Canadian volume
Key contributor for preparing presentations for customer line reviews and annual reviews (e.g. illustrations, pricing, descriptions, sales performance).
Support trade shows (in collaboration with Retail Marketing Manager) at distributor or customer level as needed
Provide ad-hoc project support on volume opportunities, gap close initiatives, key selling programs and business plan objectives
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in sales support, trade marketing, or related commercial function (CPG experience a significant asset)
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with data and reporting
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpreting data sets
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Detail-driven, process-oriented, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with key Canadian customers portals a major asset: LDIA, Walmart Retail Link, Sobeys Partnership Portal, Save-On-Foods Partner Portal
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
Under normal operations, this position operates in a home office environment. There will be occasional travel related to trade show support, but no direct customer management responsibilities.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel
This position may require up to 10% travel.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be eligible to work in Canada, must have ability to travel to the US.

Our compensation package includes a base pay range + bonus + equity
Pay Range
$70,000—$80,000 CAD
