In this role, you will lead the definition and execution of product strategy for solutions serving government and highly regulated environments, with a strong focus on interoperability, compliance, and secure data exchange. You will shape end-to-end product roadmaps that directly influence business growth, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency. Acting as a strategic leader, you will bridge business needs, regulatory constraints, and technical feasibility to deliver impactful solutions at scale. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution across complex initiatives. This is a highly influential position where your decisions will guide product direction, prioritization, and long-term vision. You will also mentor product talent and help elevate product practices across teams.

You will own product strategy, roadmap definition, and execution across multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will identify market opportunities, define KPIs, and translate them into measurable product outcomes while guiding teams through complex delivery cycles.

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for government-focused solutions
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities aligned with business growth and regulatory constraints
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and manage trade-offs
• Ensure compliance with government and highly regulated industry standards
• Establish product KPIs and track performance against business outcomes
• Lead prioritization efforts to maximize value delivery and reduce scope risk
• Mentor and guide product team members to improve execution quality and consistency
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders

Requirements:
You bring strong product management experience in software environments, ideally within government or regulated industries, combined with the ability to lead through influence and manage complex stakeholder environments. You are technically fluent, customer-focused, and capable of driving strategic decisions across ambiguous and high-impact initiatives.

• 4+ years of product management experience in software development
• Experience working in government or highly regulated industries
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and software development lifecycle
• Ability to define product requirements, including edge cases and trade-offs
• Experience working with engineering teams on complex technical discovery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Slack, and Figma
• Experience leveraging AI/ML tools and understanding AI-driven product requirements
• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead through ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
