- Lead and manage the activities of a sales team across a specified region to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and internal stakeholders to support selling, market development, and clinical programs.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, marketing campaigns, and sales techniques to ensure achievement of targets.

- High School Diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 7+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in sales, healthcare, medtech, or life sciences.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams, driving performance, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, account management, and territory planning.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
