Lead Installation Technician in Canton, Ohio at Generator One LLC

Job description

Generator One is seeking an experienced electrician to lead our Canton installation teams. The Lead Installation Technician will be responsible for ensuring proper and timely installation of generators by placing the generator, connecting electrical wiring, setting up transfer switches, connecting gas, and testing functionality. You will also be required to maintain company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions. Documenting all tasks performed on a company-provided iPad.

Job Requirements:

• Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish
• Electrical knowledge is required
• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
• Capable of lifting and moving parts up to 80 pounds
• Gas piping knowledge is preferred
• Good customer service skills when working directly with residential and business customers

Pay

The starting rate is $26.00 - $35.00, based on experience, plus monthly commission opportunities.
