This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Specialist CRM – Dallas based in the United States.
This field-based clinical role sits at the intersection of medical technology, technical expertise, and customer support within cardiac rhythm management. You will work directly with healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics, providing hands-on technical assistance during procedures, device implants, and system interrogations. The role requires a strong presence in the field, supporting real-time clinical needs while ensuring optimal use of advanced medical devices. You will also contribute to training and educating clinical teams, helping them effectively use CRM technologies to improve patient outcomes. With significant territory travel and on-call responsibilities, this position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your work will directly support physicians and care teams in delivering life-saving cardiac care to patients. It is a highly impactful role combining clinical knowledge, technical problem-solving, and strong interpersonal collaboration.
- Deliver on-site technical support during CRM device implants, interrogations, troubleshooting, and post-procedure checks.
- Provide field-based clinical assistance to physicians, hospital staff, and clinical teams to ensure optimal device performance and patient care.
- Support inventory management activities, including consignment and trunk stock coordination, ensuring product availability across accounts.
- Conduct training and education sessions for healthcare professionals on CRM products, systems, and procedures.
- Assist in operational and administrative tasks such as patient registration, documentation, and programmer software maintenance.
- Partner with sales and district teams to identify customer needs, support account strategy, and contribute to sales objectives.
- Participate in on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and travel across assigned territory as required.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree with 4 years, OR High School Diploma with 6 years of healthcare, field sales, or technical experience.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and/or exposure to the medical device or healthcare environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in clinical settings, including hospitals and operating rooms, with frequent hands-on device interaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
- Comfort with extensive travel (up to ~80% within assigned territory) and flexible scheduling, including weekends and on-call coverage.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing and territory requirements.
- Proficiency with standard digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office and CRM-related systems) and strong attention to detail.
