This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional to take ownership of customer retention and lifecycle engagement initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of CRM campaigns designed to increase user engagement, reactivation, and long-term loyalty. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and continuously optimized. The position combines hands-on campaign execution with performance analysis, giving you direct visibility into user behavior and campaign impact. - Support the planning, setup, and execution of CRM campaigns and promotional activities targeting both new and existing users across multiple markets.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as retention rates, reactivation metrics, engagement levels, and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve retention tools, data accuracy, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure timely delivery and execution of regional campaigns and promotional offers while maintaining competitiveness across markets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support smooth campaign rollout and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to personalisation and marketing automation initiatives by providing operational and market-specific insights.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for campaign optimization based on performance data and user behavior trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, or a similar role.
- Experience in the online gaming, casino, or broader iGaming industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or retention tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
