  • Represent the Core Experience engineering organization within broader leadership discussions and contribute to overall product and technical strategy.
  • Ensure engineering efforts are consistently aligned with business outcomes, user value, and long-term platform scalability.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience leading multiple engineering teams and managing Engineering Managers in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
  • Proven ability to define technical strategy across broad product areas and translate it into actionable execution plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to actively contribute to architecture discussions and engineering decision-making.
  • Extensive experience in product engineering, delivering user-facing features in fast-paced SaaS or platform environments.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing engineering leaders and building high-performing, accountable teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native products or AI-powered systems, including exposure to LLM-based applications and product integration.
  • Strong understanding of distributed team leadership, with experience managing remote or geographically dispersed engineering organizations.
  • Ability to balance execution speed, product quality, and long-term maintainability in complex engineering environments.
  • Experience working in high-growth, scaling companies and navigating organizational complexity during periods of rapid expansion.
  • Strong product sense and ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Design to make high-impact trade-offs.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with developer tools, workflow automation, or open-source ecosystems.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, or modern JavaScript ecosystems.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with equity participation, enabling ownership in the company’s success.
  • Generous vacation policy (30 days in Europe, plus public holidays) and strong emphasis on work-life balance.
