  • Develop and evolve the global partner program, including tiering structures, incentives, and enablement frameworks.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic global partners, including agencies, system integrators, and technology providers.

  • Lead, coach, and scale a globally distributed partner organization, ensuring strong performance across regions.
  • Establish strong executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams to drive long-term collaboration and growth.
  • Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize partner impact.
  • Represent the partner ecosystem internally and externally at global events and executive engagements.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or ecosystem leadership within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global partner programs and driving measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience leading distributed, cross-regional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong understanding of agency, system integrator, and technology partner ecosystems, ideally within digital experience, CMS, or related sectors.
  • Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills, including C-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate global strategy into regional execution plans.
  • Experience working in close alignment with enterprise sales teams and target account models.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development capabilities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Remote-first flexibility with the option to work from home or use co-working space support.
  • Equity participation through long-term incentive programs.
  • Annual professional development budget for learning, conferences, and training.
  • Global exposure across AMER, EMEA, and APAC partner ecosystems.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact global partner organization.
  • Collaborative, international culture with strong emphasis on autonomy and ownership.
  • Regular global team events and opportunities for international travel.
