This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Operations / Integrator based in the United States.

This is a pivotal executive operations leadership role within a fast-growing, founder-led coaching and education business in the health and wellness space.
You will act as the operational right hand to the founder, translating vision into execution and ensuring the organization runs with clarity, structure, and accountability.
The role carries end-to-end responsibility for operational performance across departments, with a strong focus on scaling systems and enabling sustainable growth beyond the current growth stage.
You will oversee team leaders, drive cross-functional alignment, and remove bottlenecks that limit execution speed and business expansion.
A key part of the role is building and optimizing scalable processes, workflows, and infrastructure to support revenue growth and organizational maturity.
You will also play a central role in hiring, performance management, and organizational design as the company continues to expand.
This position is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and excels at bringing structure to fast-moving businesses.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company priorities and strategic goals.
  • Partner closely with the founder as a strategic integrator, translating vision into clear execution plans and operational outcomes.
  • Manage department heads, driving accountability, performance standards, and consistent execution across teams.
  • Build and optimize scalable systems, processes, and workflows to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee execution of launches, initiatives, and cross-functional strategic projects from planning through delivery.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, talent development, and performance management across the organization.
  • Drive operational planning, forecasting, and reporting to support leadership decision-making and business visibility.
  • Monitor key business metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across leadership teams to ensure organizational cohesion and execution discipline.
  • Support ongoing operational frameworks (including EOS where applicable) and strengthen internal accountability rhythms.
  • Identify and implement automation, AI tools, and technology solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the founder on strategy, execution, and organizational development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in senior operations leadership roles such as COO, VP of Operations, General Manager, or equivalent.
  • Experience operating in high-growth entrepreneurial environments, ideally scaling businesses from $5M–$10M+ revenue and beyond.
  • Strong track record of leading teams, department heads, and cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience in hiring, performance management, coaching, and organizational development.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional rigor in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building systems, processes, and scalable operational infrastructure.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting, planning, and operational analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
  • Experience supporting founder-led or coaching/education, content-driven, or launch-based businesses is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar operating systems, as well as automation, AI tools, and modern operational technologies is a plus.
  • Strong preference for candidates located on the U.S. East Coast or within driving distance of New Jersey for periodic in-person collaboration.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Opportunity to play a key executive role in a high-growth, founder-led organization
  • Remote-first flexibility with periodic in-person collaboration
  • Direct partnership with the founder and significant strategic influence
  • Exposure to a fast-scaling coaching and education business in the health and wellness space
  • Opportunity to build and shape operational infrastructure at a pivotal growth stage
  • Performance-based growth opportunities tied to company expansion
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on impact and execution.
