In this role, you will:
Serve as the dedicated advocate for members navigating infusion servicesCoordinate care across by locating applicable patient assistance programs, charity care, and alternative funding optionsBe responsible for securing eligibility, coordinating care, and reducing out-of-pocket costs for membersEnsure a seamless, supported experience for members and their families throughout the entire treatment processThis is a hands-on, hybrid role for someone who:

Own: Care Coordination for infusion services, including scheduling and aligning infusion services, Member financial assistance cases, including eligibility for patient assistance programs, 501(r) charity programs, and alternative resourcesSupport: Members and families by guiding them through treatment plans, answering questions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracksCollaborate with: Clinical care teams, providers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless, end-to-end care experienceAdvocate for: Members financially and clinically by obtaining treatment details, verifying coverage, and helping identify resources to support their careEnsure: Accurate documentation of all member interactions and treatment details within the EMRCommunicate: Continuously with members, providers, and internal teams to ensure care plans and protocols are followedContribute: As a flexible, positive team player aligned with Redirect Health’s missionA strong performer in this role is known for:

2–3+ years of case management, customer service, or related experience (Required)2–3+ years of oncology or infusion coordination experience, or related experience (Required)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Electronic Medical Record systems (Preferred)High School Diploma or GED (Required)Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care (Required)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (Required)Why Join Redirect HealthWhat “Free Healthcare” Actually Means
