Human Resources Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives
and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects
of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits
administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Your expertise will drive
organizational success through effective workforce planning, change management, and strategic
HR initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture, develop
talent pipelines and implement innovative HR solutions that support our business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes through ATS platforms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive orientation program to ensure new employees
are properly hired.
• Partner with Operations to develop onboarding programs effectively integrated into the
organization.
• Oversee employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems
and employee development plans.
• Manage employee relations by overseeing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts
through effective conflict management strategies, and fostering a respectful work
environment.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plan and leave
programs, ensuring compliance with ERISA, COBRA, etc.
• Partner with Operations to drive change management initiatives to support
organizational restructuring, culture shifts, or process improvements with strategic
planning and organization design expertise.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and labor regulations such as FMLA and
ADAA, while maintaining accurate data collection and record keeping.
Skills
• Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and HRIS systems,
specifically ADP.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee evaluation, and
performance management processes.
• Strong understanding of employment law including FMLA,
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across
departments and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple HR projects
simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability in benefits administration, workforce management strategies, and
succession planning.
• Proficiency in data entry, data collection.
• Perform additional HR duties as required.
Qualifications
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP).
• 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations and
supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADAA, and employment law.
• Experience with ADP preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with professionalism
