Kathleen Alexander State Farm Agency is hiring a motivated Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing insurance team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance sales and financial services.

Responsibilities:
Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and referrals
Identify customer needs and recommend auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
Close sales and meet or exceed sales goals and production targets
Cross-sell and upsell insurance and financial service products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide excellent customer service and support
Handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
Base salary plus uncapped commission
Performance-based bonuses
Total compensation: $45,000$90,000+ annually

Qualifications:
Sales experience, insurance sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems

Licensing Requirements:
Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
