As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run the show and be the face of TEC to the customer; from roof inspections, identifying opportunities, closing sales, and ensuring projects get carried out with technical expertise.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run the show and be the face of TEC to the customer; from roof inspections, identifying opportunities, closing sales, and ensuring projects get carried out with technical expertise.

About the job:
- Promote TEC’s services and products to potential customers and communicate effectively through the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by using a combination of office leads, cold calling, and referrals.
- Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
- Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing customers.
- Oversee teams on projects and installations to ensure quality of work is up to TEC’s quality standards.
- Must be able to get on roofs to inspect for damage along with looking for damage around siding and gutters.
- Travel daily in assigned territory to meet with customers.

The ideal candidate:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience in sales, construction, or working in an outside environment is a plus
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability to get on roofs.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to travel overnight, when needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Work location: on the road.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
