Job Description

Senior Partner Solution Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Solution Architect based in United States.

This is a senior, high-impact technical leadership role at the intersection of data architecture, partner enablement, and go-to-market strategy. You will act as the primary technical authority across a global ecosystem of strategic partners, including leading system integrators and major cloud providers. The role is focused on accelerating joint success by enabling partner teams, strengthening technical capabilities, and driving adoption of modern data integration solutions. You will design scalable enablement programs, guide complex co-sell engagements, and influence solution design across enterprise-grade deployments. Operating with high autonomy, you will bridge product, engineering, and partner organizations to ensure alignment and execution. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative ecosystems and enjoys shaping technical strategy at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical lead for strategic partner relationships, including global system integrators and cloud ecosystem partners, ensuring alignment on solution design and technical strategy.
  • Design and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, including training bootcamps, certification pathways, workshops, and structured readiness frameworks.
  • Support joint sales cycles by working alongside partner solution architects and internal sales teams to drive discovery, technical validation, and solution positioning.
  • Own the technical onboarding journey for new partners, ensuring they can successfully implement, demonstrate, and support the platform independently.
  • Act as a key feedback loop between the partner ecosystem and internal product and engineering teams, surfacing requirements, gaps, and integration needs.
  • Represent the organization in partner-facing forums, QBRs, and industry events, contributing to technical thought leadership and ecosystem visibility.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or partner engineering roles within data, analytics, or cloud ecosystems.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in modern data platforms and architecture, including tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
  • Strong understanding of ELT/ETL design patterns, cloud data infrastructure, and enterprise data integration workflows.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence complex partner organizations, including system integrators, cloud alliance teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical enablement programs, training initiatives, or certification frameworks at scale.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to shift between deep technical discussions and high-level business conversations.
  • Commercial awareness combined with technical depth, enabling balanced solution design and value articulation.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and highly effective in autonomous, fast-moving environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation including base salary and variable pay, with estimated on-target earnings between $178,960 and $268,440.
  • Equity participation offering long-term value alignment.
  • Flexible working culture supporting work-life balance.
  • 25 days of paid time off plus 5 additional days for volunteering activities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and mental health support coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k).
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven data automation and modern cloud ecosystems.
  • Access to a global partner ecosystem and high-impact strategic initiatives.
