Program Manager, Orientation and Engagement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager, Orientation and Engagement based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate the employee experience across sales enablement, onboarding, and engagement programs. You will be responsible for coordinating high-impact orientation and recognition initiatives that directly influence employee readiness, productivity, and connection to the organization. Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will partner with stakeholders across HR, Sales, Communications, and business leadership to deliver consistent and engaging programs. The role blends program management, communications, and operational execution, requiring strong organizational discipline and attention to detail. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and engagement strategies through data-driven insights and feedback. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in building structure, improving processes, and delivering seamless employee experiences at scale.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of orientation programs, ensuring a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that supports employee readiness and integration.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, scheduling, and tracking for onboarding and engagement initiatives to ensure smooth delivery and strong participant experience.
  • Partner with facilitators and stakeholders to align program content with evolving business priorities and organizational updates.
  • Analyze feedback, engagement metrics, and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced program effectiveness.
  • Support the development of onboarding toolkits and enablement resources in collaboration with senior program leadership.
  • Lead coordination of division-level engagement activities, maintaining a centralized calendar and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Develop agendas, communications, and supporting materials for engagement initiatives to ensure consistency and clarity across audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Legal, Pricing, and Communications to align messaging and execution of engagement programs.
  • Oversee logistics for recognition and engagement programs, including event planning, vendor coordination, attendee management, and onsite support where required.
  • Track participation, milestones, and outcomes across programs, providing reporting and insights to support decision-making and post-program analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, HR, communications, marketing, or related program management functions.
  • Strong experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience in onboarding, employee engagement, or internal communications programs is highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback, participation data, and program metrics to drive improvements.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
  • Must currently reside in the United States and be eligible to work without immigration sponsorship.
