This role plays a critical part in supporting a fast-moving, high-growth organization by owning end-to-end recruiting across a variety of technical and business roles. You will be responsible for building and managing strong talent pipelines while ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance. The position combines hands-on sourcing, interviewing, and coordination with data-driven recruiting operations and reporting. You will also contribute to the evolution of recruiting processes by helping design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and scale. This is a highly autonomous role in a lean, collaborative environment where initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement are strongly valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple concurrent requisitions, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and closing.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and structured outreach campaigns to build strong passive candidate pipelines.
  • Screen candidates via phone and video interviews, evaluating both technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interview logistics across stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate feedback, and maintain hiring momentum.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, ensuring clean data hygiene, proper candidate tracking, and consistent pipeline updates.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source effectiveness.
  • Support the development of recruiting dashboards and performance reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Manage candidate communications including scheduling, updates, and status notifications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives within the recruiting function.
  • Maintain recruiting documentation such as job descriptions, interview guides, and process templates.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and structured outreach strategies to engage passive talent.
  • Experience conducting structured phone and video interviews with independent assessment capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and disciplined approach to data accuracy and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment requiring strong ownership and initiative.
  • Experience with recruiting analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) or recruiting automation workflows is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in small HR teams or high-autonomy environments is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards (contract role).
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunity to own end-to-end recruiting processes with high visibility and impact.
  • Exposure to AI-powered recruiting innovation and workflow automation initiatives.
  • Collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment with direct access to HR leadership.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing organization with meaningful mission impact.
  • Flexible work structure supporting autonomy and accountability.
