We are currently looking for a Warehouse Process Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Master Data, and our Head of Warehousing, your focus will be on leading warehouse-related projects, system improvements, reporting frameworks, and process standardisation initiatives across our global network of owned sites and 3PLs. In this role, you will combine operational and technical expertise with your leadership skills to enhance scalability, data accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.
- Lead warehouse system projects, including WMS/ERP enhancements and integrations.
- Manage operational reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance analysis across sites.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Support global warehouse transformations, site launches, and process standardisation.
- Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching and prioritising project delivery.
- Experience in warehouse operations, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems, with experience in integrations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Leadership experience with small teams and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience with WMS, including implementation or enhancements, and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Experience with APIs / EDI and multi-country / multi-3PL operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies.
- Formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
