Job Description
Location: Remote, United States | (Remote)
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, ministry, international relations, political science, public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years' work experience with the Church, marketing, social justice, international affairs, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience working within the Church in the United States and managing successful multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Strong relationships within Catholic, faith-based, or nonprofit networks.
- Experience leading national fundraising or Church-based campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to represent the agency at high levels.
- Familiarity with CRS international and domestic programming.
- Knowledge of Catholic social teaching and structure of the Catholic Church.
- Strong strategic, analytical, systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with capacity to see the big picture and ability to make sound judgment and decisions.
- Excellent relationship management skills. Ability to relate to people at all levels internally and externally.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented workstyle.
Required Languages: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) required. Bicultural English/Spanish competencies, including language skills a plus.
Travel: Ability to travel in US and overseas as necessary (up to 15%)
