*This is a part-time position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this classification is required to perform some or all of the following duties, however these do not include all of the tasks which the employee may be expected to perform: customer and provider relations; handle routine administrative matters independently; provide telephone and/or face to face EMR (OASIS) assistance and/or training to staff, provide various reports for Management; create and submit encounter files to MDHHS; provide weekly data and demographic pulls and reports; provide assistance in data flow; oversee daily functional operation of assigned area; track and manage pertinent data; ensure compliance with rules/regulations for area; present to/participate in workgroups and community activities; work collaboratively with multiple agencies; troubleshoot, resolve or recommend solutions to issues with electronic health record, and maintain confidentiality. Comply with Alcohol & Drug Testing Policy (06-001-0010) and Background Check Policy (06-001-0015), as well as supervisors/designee directives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position has no supervisory responsibilities. This position receives supervision from the Data Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
Education
- High school diploma or general educational development (GED) certificate
Licensure
- Valid Michigan Driver's license
Experience/Skills
- One year experience in Data Entry
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
- Considerable knowledge of community mental health programs and relevant policies
Other
- Reliable Transportation

PERSONAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work environment refers to the elements of work surroundings which tend to be disagreeable or to make the work more difficult.
