Accountabilities
  • Plan, design, and execute testing activities for the EAM platform and its enterprise integrations.

  • Develop, maintain, and update test plans, test scripts, and test summary reports.

  • Ensure all testing activities and related documentation comply with established SDLC procedures and applicable GxP and SOX requirements.

  • Test integrations between the EAM platform and enterprise systems, including SAP, MEDS, and ePAS.

  • Document defects clearly, support root-cause investigations, and verify fixes through appropriate retesting.

  • Maintain complete, traceable testing evidence to support computerized systems validation (CSV) and compliance audits.

  • Coordinate testing activities with business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and validated.

  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement across testing processes and documentation.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, SDLC assurance, or a comparable quality-focused role.

  • Proven experience testing and validating large-scale enterprise systems in a regulated GxP environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) principles, processes, and systems.

  • Demonstrated experience testing integrations between enterprise applications.

  • In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and computerized systems validation (CSV).

  • Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira or eVAL.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and traceability.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical and business teams.

  • Experience with Octave EAM is preferred.

Benefits:
  • Remote work: Fully remote position, with the role listed for a Switzerland-based location and a broader Europe-based contract scope.

  • Contract type: Freelance / contract engagement.

  • Time commitment: 40 hours per week.

  • Expected start date: October–November 2026.

  • Industry exposure: Opportunity to contribute to enterprise systems and validation activities within the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Professional impact: Apply specialist EAM testing and SDLC compliance expertise in a regulated environment.
