What you'll do:

You'll work 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, using play-based ABA therapy to help them build communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.

Use your RBT expertise to create meaningful learning opportunities through play and connection

Partner closely with BCBAs who provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support

Celebrate, document, and contribute to meaningful progress for every child

Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates

Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and feedback

What we're looking for

Active RBT certification in good standing

Passion for helping children with autism learn and grow

Reliability, professionalism, and strong follow through

Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days

Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

What we offer

Pay: $18.24 to $31.05 per hour based on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday
