Overview:

The Program Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI) is responsible for overseeing the launch of new products, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to production. This role emphasizes continuous improvement through the 2 Second Lean philosophy.

Key Responsibilities: (include but not limited to): Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

• Manage the introduction of new products from concept through production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Implement 2 Second Lean initiatives to streamline NPI processes.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Other duties may be assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: Minimum Preferred Qualifications, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

• 5+ years of experience in NPI or related fields preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
