About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively to deliver high-quality project outcomes. The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate risks and resolve issues. They will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with business goals. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive project success by applying best practices in project management and fostering collaboration among team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and administration within a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools.
  • Strong understanding of the project life cycle and project development methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience managing projects in a technology or software development environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management software.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests, to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
