Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday3:30 PM 11:45 PM

Marsden South is seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team in the Savannah, GA area. The ideal candidate will have previous floor care experience and be comfortable working independently while traveling between multiple locations as needed.

This position involves maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of commercial flooring through stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and other floor maintenance services.

• Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and burnishing floors.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Travel between assigned locations as scheduled.
• Follow all work schedules and company procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and floor appearance.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs.
• Work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations.

• Previous floor technician experience required.
• Resume upload required to be considered.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to drive between multiple locations.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record required.
• Must be able to follow the schedule provided.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for the entire shift.
• Must be able to pass an extended background check.
