Older Adult Program Assistant in Mansfield, Texas at Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with seniors and older members!

We are hiring one Older Adult Program Assistant at each of the following locations:

• Mansfield YMCA
• South Cooper YMCA

Each position is approximately 4–6 hours per week, primarily on weekdays.

What You’ll Do:

1. Organize Lunch & Learns

2. Coordinate special guest speakers

3. Plan board games, social gatherings, and other activities

4. Develop activities based on member interests

5. Build relationships with our senior and older adult members

6. Help create a welcoming and connected YMCA community

Hours: 4–6 hours per week
Schedule: Weekdays

Pay: $12–$15 per hour
Location: Position will be based at either the Mansfield YMCA or South Cooper YMCA.
