About the Role:
As the Community Business Director, you will take ownership of the daily operations of the business office, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Business & Finance Operations Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, accurate payments and invoice processing by reconciling vendor accounts.
• Lead accounts receivable functions, including follow-up with residents and families.
• Maintain organized files for vendors, residents, and ancillary charges, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Track daily census and generate required financial and operational reports.
• Oversee petty cash disbursements and ledger accounting.
Human Resources Support Responsibilities:

• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring first-day readiness and compliance with required documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for frontline HR items, including questions about payroll, benefits, schedules, or policies.
• Help maintain team member files, monitor attendance trends, and assist with compliance tracking.
• Coordinate new hire orientation activities and promote a welcoming, supportive culture.
Customer Service & Community Engagement Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families, especially regarding billing or general inquiries.
• Address concerns with empathy and professionalism, fostering trust and transparency.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in operations, business office, or administrative roles
• 2+ years of experience in HR-related functions such as recruiting or onboarding (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Adobe, and office management systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize with confidence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
