Job Description
Position Summary
This position is primarily responsible for reviewing select Applicant Insight business products for quality, accuracy, and policy compliance prior to their release.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position includes the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Perform quality control analysis based on pre-defined parameters using proprietary operating systems, word processing applications, spreadsheet or database commands across one or more business units and adjust material as required
• Follow product-based operating procedures and analyze information in order to identify potential inaccuracies, discrepancies, or deviations from policy and procedure prior to delivery
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects regarding client, company and co-workers
• Identify exceptions to the standard operating procedures of the position and escalate them as necessary
• Professionally and effectively interact with team members and departments within the organization
• Produce quality output with an accuracy/error rate that is within thresholds defined by the position
• Work accurately and effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
• Perform general clerical duties
• Other duties as assigned
Qualification/ Requirements
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database entry
Effective communication skills
• Basic knowledge of the FCRA and/or other industry related regulations
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, able to follow standard operating procedures
• Strong keyboard skills (60 WPM, 95% accuracy)
• Ability to work effectively and successfully in a team environment
• Properly handle confidential information and records
Supervisory Responsibility
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
• The position is a full-time position
• The employee must be available and present for pre-determined 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., M-F, and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
Travel
• No travel requirements for this position
Education/Training/Experience
• High School Education or GED equivalent
• FCRA Basic Certification (To be provided)
