CraveWell Cafe is hiring immediately for Aftenoon Shift Leaders to Lead the crew on Afternoon Shifts 2pm to 7pm during the week and on Friday night and Saturday and Sunday during the day!Shift Leaders are trained to be our store's most capable Juiceristas and are acting as manager on duty during their shifts, Shift leaders oversee that we deliver a quality product while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Shift Leaders are efficient in opening and closing the business. They are empowered to make decisions and answer all guests' questions.Shift Leaders:Take initiative and are proactive in completing and delegating store tasks.Key holders of the storeScheduled for opening and/or closing shiftsCan hold the team accountable to keep up the Clean Juice standards and procedures.Are eligible for promotions for management positions.Shift Leaders are also responsible to fulfill all Juicerista duties as stated below:Deliver exceptional guest servicesDeliver quality products in a timely fashionPractice strong communication skills to communicate effectively wit our guests, the staff and the GM.Maintain a clean work environmentManage all monetary exchanges in the store by taking orders and ringing up transactionsPerform duties assigned by managementWork in standing position for long periods of timeCan reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 poundsBenefits of the job:Employee discountsFlexible schedulingRoom for growth within the companyFun work environment Requirements: Prior Quick Service Restaurant Experience Friday and Weekend Availability Manage & Lead Younger Crew Members Outgoing and Sense of Humor!
