Server – The Mimosa House

The Mimosa House is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our team! We are a fast-paced breakfast and brunch restaurant focused on providing great food, excellent service, and a welcoming experience for every guest.

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Maintain strong knowledge of our menu, including breakfast, brunch, cocktails, and mimosas
• Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to requests
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Process guest payments accurately
• Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Weekend availability is required
• Holiday availability is required
• Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods and safely carry food and beverage trays

Schedule:
The Mimosa House is open daily from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. This position requires availability on weekends, as weekends are our busiest days.
