Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in the United States.

This is a senior enterprise sales opportunity focused on growing new business and expansion across large healthcare systems in the U.S.
You will own complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through close and account expansion.
The role involves building trusted relationships with clinical, operational, technology, HR, and executive stakeholders.
You will engage senior healthcare leaders and connect workforce challenges to measurable business outcomes around quality, staffing, efficiency, and risk.
The position requires a consultative, multi-threaded approach to navigating complex buying committees, procurement processes, and enterprise implementations.
You will have significant ownership of pipeline generation, executive-level deal strategy, forecasting, and revenue growth.
This is a fully remote role in a fast-paced, scaling environment with opportunities to influence sales strategy and broader business growth.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, close, and expansion.

  • Build, manage, and consistently develop a pipeline of large health system opportunities across the U.S.

  • Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting rather than relying primarily on inbound opportunities.

  • Develop strong relationships across clinical, operational, technology, HR, and executive stakeholder groups.

  • Engage senior healthcare decision-makers, including Chief Nursing Officers, CIOs, CHROs, Nursing Directors, and other VP-level leaders.

  • Lead discovery conversations centered on measurable business outcomes, including quality, workforce efficiency, staffing, compliance, and risk reduction.

  • Manage complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, departments, procurement teams, IT organizations, and implementation groups.

  • Apply structured sales methodologies and disciplined deal processes, with MEDDICC experience preferred.

  • Establish clear next steps, mutual action plans, compelling events, and stakeholder alignment to maintain deal momentum.

  • Pursue and close high-value enterprise opportunities, including deals exceeding $200K in annual contract value.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal progression, with HubSpot experience preferred.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success teams to identify and execute account expansion opportunities following initial implementation.

  • Contribute customer and market insights to help refine sales strategy, processes, and go-to-market approaches as the business expands.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.

  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals valued at $200K+ in annual contract value.

  • Demonstrated experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or other complex healthcare organizations.

  • Experience selling HRIS, LMS, workforce management, healthcare technology, or related enterprise platforms strongly preferred.

  • Background with organizations such as Workday, UKG, or similar enterprise workforce technology providers is strongly preferred.

  • Experience selling directly to executive stakeholders, including CNOs, CIOs, CHROs, and VP-level decision-makers.

  • Strong outbound pipeline generation skills and a demonstrated ability to create opportunities independently.

  • Experience with structured enterprise sales methodologies, particularly MEDDICC.

  • Strong multi-threading skills and the ability to navigate complex buying committees and organizational structures.

  • Excellent consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.

  • Highly disciplined approach to deal management, forecasting, CRM usage, and pipeline hygiene.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, with a strong focus on accurate and actionable sales data.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling organization where processes and priorities may continue to evolve.

  • Existing relationships within health systems, particularly across nursing leadership, clinical education, HR, or IT, are a plus.

  • Experience selling workforce, HRIS, LMS, or healthcare technology solutions is advantageous.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled platforms and emerging healthcare technologies is a plus.

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and strong earning potential.

  • Equity package.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) plan.

  • Fully remote position available within the United States.

  • Opportunity to sell enterprise solutions to large health systems and healthcare organizations.

  • High-impact role with visibility among senior leadership and opportunities to influence sales strategy.

  • Collaborative, performance-driven working environment.

  • Strong opportunity for professional and financial growth as the U.S. business expands.

  • Opportunity to build relationships with senior healthcare executives and contribute to meaningful workforce and operational initiatives.
