Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Foxlink Texas Inc. will produce SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) electronic products. We are seeking SMT Engineers who are passionate about electronics, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting electronic product development, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring reliable product performance from the very beginning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve SMT production and equipment issues to ensure efficient manufacturing operations;
• Optimize SMT manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance;
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing issues;
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring process validation and production readiness;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost effectiveness
