• Build relationships with new and existing customers to identify their insurance needs.
  
• Generate new business through sales conversations, referrals, and follow-up.
  
• Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, present recommendations, and close sales.
  
• Help customers protect their homes, vehicles, families, and financial futures.
  
• Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage that meets customers' needs.
  
• Sell Life & Health insurance products once appropriately licensed.
  
• Respond to customer questions and provide prompt, professional service.
  
• Work toward sales goals while contributing to the agency's continued growth.

Required:

• Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• Previous Property & Casualty insurance sales experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Self-motivation, organization, and a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work in person at our Dallas office.
• An active Texas Life & Health (L&H) license is preferred, but not required at the time of hire. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain the license if they do not already have it.
