Game Day Promotions Staff in Fort Myers, Florida at Fort Myers Mighty Mussels

We are seeking part-time seasonal Game Day Promotional staff for the 2027 season (approximately February to August). The Promotions Staff will assist with the execution of in-game promotions, fan engagement activities, and special events throughout the season.

Responsibilities include participating in on-field promotions, between-inning entertainment, contests, giveaways, sponsor activations, theme nights, and other activities designed to enhance fan experience. Duties also include distributing promotional items, interacting with fans, assisting with event setup and breakdown, following scripts and production cues, coordinating with the promotions team and stadium staff, and ensuring activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with fans of all ages in a positive and professional manner. Candidates must be able to follow directions, work effectively as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, live-event environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and scheduled game days is required.
