Accounts Receivable/Billing Analyst in Scottsdale, Arizona at Kahala Management LLC

Kahala, a globally recognized leader in quick-service restaurant franchising, has an opportunity for a Billing Analyst to join its Accounting Team in Scottsdale, Arizona. MTY Food Group is looking for an Billing Analyst for its US division, who will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager. The position will be based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The AR Analyst is responsible for overseeing the full cycle order-to-cash process including the preparation and issue of weekly/monthly invoices, timely and accurate posting of customer payments, preparation and issue of monthly AR aging reports, collection of past due accounts, and collection status updates to management.
