PM F&B Associate - Hampton Inn St. Ignace in SAINT IGNACE, Michigan at NORTHERN HOTELS GROUP, LLC

We are seeking a reliable and motivated F&B Associate to join our team. This individual is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality dinner and/or meal items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring guests receive an excellent dining experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in food presentation and cleanliness.

Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards

Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Keep kitchen, storage, and work areas clean and organized

Monitor inventory and report supply needs

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed

Previous cooking or food service experience preferred

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
