Automation Technician in Dyersburg, Tennessee at Revolution Company

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components and adjust equipment to maintain production efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document all service and repair activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and site personnel.
• Support continuous production by minimizing equipment downtime.
• Complete required paperwork and service documentation accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment preferred.
• Experience with PLCs and industrial automation systems strongly preferred.
• Basic personal tool set required (wrenches, sockets, Allen wrenches, screwdrivers).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to travel up to 50%, with increased travel during peak season.
