We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring food is prepared safely and efficiently during service.

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner during service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory, food storage, and rotation procedures
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor food quality and portion consistency
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler certification is a plus
