  • Serve as a visible and approachable leader who models integrity, professionalism, and servant leadership
What We're Looking For
  • A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • A passion for Christian education and student development
  • Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience
  • Previous educational leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of adolescent development and secondary education
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and support faculty and staff
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with wisdom, professionalism, and grace
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment
