Job Description

Senior Product Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in United States.

This role focuses on reshaping how travel advisors interact with fragmented supplier systems by designing seamless, intelligent booking and integration experiences inside a modern SaaS platform. You will work at the intersection of product design, AI-enabled workflows, and complex third-party constraints to simplify how travel professionals browse, quote, and book services. Your work will directly reduce operational friction for thousands of advisors by replacing outdated, multi-tab workflows with intuitive, embedded experiences. You will help define how supplier data is surfaced, structured, and acted on across categories such as lodging, tours, insurance, and cruises. Operating in a fast-moving, product-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to balance technical feasibility with user needs. This is a high-impact role where your design decisions directly shape how an entire industry operates day to day.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end design of browse, quote, and booking experiences as the platform expands into new supplier categories such as lodging and cruises.
  • Identify friction points in current integration flows and redesign UX patterns to improve adoption and increase booking conversion across supplier tools.
  • Define and design AI-assisted and conversational workflows for supplier discovery and quoting within emerging agentic product experiences.
  • Conduct ongoing user research with travel advisors to deeply understand real-world workflows and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to evaluate API constraints, define feasible solutions, and prioritize iterative delivery.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system, interaction patterns, and team design practices as the organization scales.
  • Help establish scalable design standards for complex, data-driven, and integration-heavy product surfaces.
Requirements:
  • Experience in 0→1 product design, with a proven track record of shipping complex digital products in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Strong ability to design within technical and business constraints, especially in systems involving third-party APIs or legacy infrastructure.
  • Excellent product intuition with the ability to move quickly, iterate effectively, and deliver high-quality design outcomes under ambiguity.
  • Strong user-centered mindset with experience gathering insights directly from users and translating them into product decisions.
  • Familiarity or strong interest in AI-driven product experiences, including LLMs and agentic workflows.
  • Experience designing for marketplaces, booking systems, integrations, or other data-heavy, multi-stakeholder platforms (bonus).
  • Background in travel tech or similarly complex ecosystems with fragmented supplier data (bonus).
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including salary, equity, and performance-based incentives.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with strong autonomy and ownership.
  • Opportunity to shape a rapidly evolving product with fast feedback loops and weekly shipping cycles.
  • Direct access to users and real-time product feedback to accelerate learning and impact.
  • Collaborative, high-growth team culture focused on craftsmanship, speed, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong emphasis on professional growth, learning, and expanding design impact across the organization.
  • Inclusive and mission-driven environment focused on improving global travel experiences for small businesses.
