- Build, manage, and enhance SSIS packages and data integration workflows that support business-critical ETL and data movement processes.
- Support high-availability architectures, including failover and replication technologies, while partnering with development teams on database design, deployment strategies, and query optimization initiatives.
- Serve as a senior technical resource within the database team, contributing expertise, operational leadership, and best practices for database administration and performance management.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on database administration experience managing large-scale production SQL Server environments, including multi-terabyte databases.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, query optimization, and troubleshooting complex database issues.
- Proven experience working with Azure SQL services and broader Azure data technologies, with the ability to manage both cloud-based and on-premises database infrastructures.
- Advanced knowledge of backup and recovery methodologies, high availability solutions, disaster recovery planning, and database security best practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining SSIS packages and ETL workflows for enterprise data integration needs.
- Strong T-SQL development and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft data platform certifications, such as Azure Database Administrator Associate, are considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage critical systems with minimal supervision.

- 20 days of paid time off annually (prorated based on start date).
- Company-paid holidays plus two flexible personal holidays.
- Fully remote work arrangement within approved U.S. states.
- Opportunities to work with modern cloud technologies and large-scale enterprise database environments.
