Job Description
All My Love Homecare, Inc. is seeking a professional Administrative Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing home care agency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, excel and general office administration. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting clients and caregivers, maintaining electronic records, scheduling support, scanning and uploading documents, preparing correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to be cross-trained in multiple administrative functions. A minimum of two years of administrative office experience is required. Home care or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative office experience.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, approximately 6–8 hours per day.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must successfully complete an administrative skills assessment.
- Must participate in two weekends of on-call coverage per month.
