  • Support quality assurance by identifying and reporting defective components or system issues during field operations.
  • Provide independent technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams, working with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on field service professional with strong technical expertise in PLC systems and industrial automation, combined with excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to work independently in challenging environments.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills in unstructured field environments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build trust on-site
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD or SolidWorks is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75–80%+) across North America, including overnight stays
